Booking Details & Policies
 
Minimum Stay:
3-night minimum during peak season. Shorter stays may be considered during the off-season.
 
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is strictly 6 guests. Rates are based on 2 guests, with a $3 per person, per day charge for each additional guest. Names and ages of all guests must be listed on the rental agreement.
 
Pets:
Pets are welcome. A nonrefundable pet fee of $100 applies for the first pet, $50 for the second, $50 for the third. Not to exceed three pets. All pets must be declared and listed on the rental agreement.
 
Cleaning Fee:
$315 per stay. Longer stays add $25 for 7+ nights, $70 for 14+ nights, or $125 for 28+ nights.
 
Taxes:
12% combined sales and lodging tax applies to all rental rates.
 
Card Payments:
A 3.5% service fee applies to all card payments.
 
Security Deposit:
A $200 refundable security deposit is required with your reservation. Security deposits are refunded within 14 days of checkout, provided no damage, unauthorized guests, or undeclared pets are reported.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will be fully refunded, excluding credit card processing fees paid. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of the rent and fees, excluding credit card processing fees paid. Cancellations made within 13 days of check-in are non-refundable; inquire about further options.
 
Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation:
In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorated refund of the base rent will be issued for the days the property cannot be occupied. No refunds will be issued for other weather-related events. We strongly advise purchasing trip insurance.
