Booking Details and Fees:
Maximum occupancy is 15 people, this is a strict limitation.  Names and ages of all occupants shall be recorded on the rental agreement.
 
Up to four dogs are allowed with the pet fee being $100 for each pet.
 
Rental rates are based on six people for one week.  Additional people or additional weeks add $3 per day per person.
 
$600 cleaning fee (add $45 for stays over 7 days, $180 for stays over 2 weeks, $375 for stays over 4 weeks)
 
12% combined sales and lodging tax on all rents and fees.
 
$500 refundable security deposit which will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, provided there is no damage, or unauthorized people or pets.
 
Rentals periods are full weeks from Saturday to Saturday during peak months.
 
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in:
All payments will be refunded, excluding credit card processing fees paid.
 
Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in:
50% of the rent and fees, excluding credit card processing fees paid, will be refunded.
 
Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation:
In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorated refund of the base rent will be issued for the days the property cannot be occupied. No refunds will be issued for other weather-related events.
