Booking Details & Policies
 
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is strictly 15 guests. Names and ages of all guests must be listed on the rental agreement. Rates are based on 6 guests for one week. Additional guests or additional weeks add $3 per person, per day. During peak months, rental periods are full weeks, Saturday to Saturday.
 
Pets:
Up to four dogs are allowed, with a pet fee of $100 per pet.
 
Cleaning Fee:
$615 per stay. Longer stays add $75 for 7+ nights, $210 for 14+ nights, or $375 for 28+ nights.
 
Taxes:
12% combined sales and lodging tax applies to all rents and fees.
 
Security Deposit:
A $500 refundable security deposit is required with your reservation. Security deposits are refunded within 14 days of checkout, provided no damage, unauthorized guests, or undeclared pets are reported.
 
Card Payments:
A 3.5% service fee applies to all card payments.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will be fully refunded, excluding credit card processing fees paid. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of the rent and fees, excluding credit card processing fees paid. Cancellations made within 13 days of check-in are non-refundable; inquire about further options.
 
Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation:
In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorated refund of the base rent will be issued for the days the property cannot be occupied. No refunds will be issued for other weather-related events. We strongly advise purchasing trip insurance.
