Welcome to Vesper's View, a beautifully appointed first-tier costal retreat just one house back from the Gulf of Mexico, offering views of the sparkling shoreline. This tastefully decorated home features an impressive collection of DVD's, games, and books, ensuring endless entertaiment for guests. With high speed WiFi, cable TV, and plenty of seating, comfort and relaxation are at the forefront of this inviting getaway.
Part of a duplex, the home boasts two luxurious bedrooms, each with a spacious king bed and upgraded mattresses for a restful night's sleep. Additionaly, the living room offers a queen sofa sleeper for extra accommodations.
The main level screened in porch is equipped with a picnic table, ideal for casual dining. The upstairs suite opens to a private deck, the perfect spot for soaking in Gulf views. This newly renovated home also features granite countertops, rich cherry cabinetry, and a fully stocked kitchen with upgraded cookware, abundant silverware, and all the serving and roasting essentials you need.
Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph's Bay, Cape San Blas is a natural paradise, surrounded by miles of pristine beaches, emerald green waters, and protected wildlife habitats. It's common to spot deer, foxes, eagles, ospreys, sea turtles, and even the occasional black bear. Just minutes away, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park offers 2,500 acres of unspoiled beauty within 10 miles of untouched beach and bay shorelines, plus a convenient boat tramp.
Vesper's View promises a stylish and comfortable retreat, blending modern upgrades with coastal charm.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
During peak months, a minimum stay of 6 nights is required. Shorter stays may be considered during the off-season.
Occupancy Limits:
The maximum occupancy is strictly 6 people. Names and ages of all occupants must be listed on the rental agreement.
Pet Policy:
Due to HOA restrictions, pets are not allowed.
Cleaning Fees:
A standard cleaning fee of $210 applies. Additional charges include $20 for stays exceeding 7 days, $65 for stays exceeding two weeks, and $120 for stays exceeding four weeks.
Taxes:
A 12% combined sales and lodging tax will be applied to all rental rates.
Credit/Debit Card Fee:
3.5% service fee applied to card payments.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $200 is required with reservation. This deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout, provided no damage or unauthorized guests are reported.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in:
All payments will be refunded, excluding credit card processing fees paid.
Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in:
50% of the rent and fees, excluding credit card processing fees paid, will be refunded.
Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation:
In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorated refund of the base rent will be issued for the days the property cannot be occupied. No refunds will be issued for other weather-related events.
We strongly advise purchasing trip insurance.

Great property - best setup as far as items in a property I've ever stayed at. All top of the like appliances, cookware, utensils, etc. It literally has everything you'd find at home and more. View is gorgeous. Beach access is easy. I gave it 5 stars because it truly is awesome - but know it's not "on" the beach as there's a residence between this & the dunes / beach. That's clear in the description and is accurate. I would consider going back here, but I would look for something else first that's right on the beach because that's something very important to us. The owner's communication is wonderful and everything is truly nicer than described and expected. If this were directly on the beach instead of one home back, I would have already booked it for the future. But that is truly the only "less than perfect" comment I can make. You still have a superb ocean view, feel, and sound. So if being right on the beach isn't a #1 factor for you, but close with a great view is good enough - then you won't find anything better than this.
