All stays have a six night minimum in the summer, three nights at other times. To all stays, add $200 for cleaning (add $15 for stays over 7 days, $55 for stays over 2 weeks, $110 for stays over 4 weeks), 7% sales tax and 5% lodging tax. Pets are not allowed. There is a 3.5% surcharge if not paying by check. Checks are accepted up to three weeks before check-in. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If cancelled greater than 30 days from check-in, all payments will be refunded less $150 per booked week plus tax. Reservation payments will NOT be refunded on cancellations made less than forty five (45) days in advance of the reservation unless the unit is re-rented for the same rental payment and time period originally reserved. Even if re-rented, $150.00 plus tax will be retained for a service charge. In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorate refund on the base rent will be made to the renter for days not stayed. No other weather related refunds will be made. Trip insurance is strongly advised.
