Booking Details & Policies
 
Minimum Stay:
6-night minimum during peak season. Shorter stays may be considered during the off-season.
 
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is strictly 4 guests. Rates are based on 2 guests, with a $3 per person, per day charge for each additional guest. Names and ages of all guests must be listed on the rental agreement.
 
Pets:
Pets are welcome. A nonrefundable pet fee of $100 applies for the first pet, $50 for the second, and $50 for the third. No to exceed three pets. All pets must be declared and listed on the rental agreement.
 
Cleaning Fee:
$215 per stay. Longer stays add $25 for 7+ nights, $70 for 14+ nights, or $125 for 28+ nights.
 
Taxes:
12% combined sales and lodging tax applies to all rental rates.
 
Card Payments:
A 3.5% service fee applies to all card payments
 
Security Deposit:
A $400 refundable security deposit is required with your reservation. Security deposits are refunded within 14 days of checkout, provided no damage, unauthorized guests, or undeclared pets are reported.
 
Please review the cancellation policy before booking.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will be fully refunded, excluding credit card processing fees paid. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of the rent and fees, excluding credit card processing fees paid. Cancellations made within 13 days of check-in are non-refundable; inquire about further options.
 
Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation:
In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorated refund of the base rent will be issued for the days the property cannot be occupied. No refunds will be issued for other weather-related events. We strongly advise purchasing trip insurance.
