The main level welcomes you with an inviting open-concept layout, featuring a newly remodeled kitchen equipped with cookware essentials to prepare your favorite meals. Relax in the spacious living area, complete with ample seating and stay connected with high-speed WiFi - a seamless blend of convenience and relaxation. The mail level includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and in-unit washer and dryer ensures ease for guests.
 
Ascend to the upper level, where two bedrooms await, perfect for recharging after a day of sun and sand. The gulf-front bedroom features a cozy queen bed and mesmerizing ocean views, offering the perfect backdrop for rejuvenation. Across the hall, the bayside bedroom offers a queen bed for a restful nights sleep. Located between the bedrooms is a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
 
Step outside onto your private oceanfront deck, complete with high-top dining table, where you can savor al fresco meals and marvel at uninteruppted, postcard-perfect sunsets. With private beach access just steps away, you'll have no trouble maximizing your time on the pristine white sand.
 
After a day on the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before joining your neighboors in the shared outdoor space, complete with a firepit and barbecue grill. Spend your evenings swapping stories, roasting marshmallows, or savoring freshly grilled meals under a canopy of stars.
 
Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph's Bay, Cape San Blas is a natural paradise, surrounded by miles of pristine beaches, emerald green waters, and protected wildlife habitats. It's common to spot deer, foxes, eagles, ospreys, sea turtles, and even the occasional black bear. Just minutes away, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park offers 2,500 acres of unspoiled beauty within 10 miles of untouched beach and bay shorelines, plus a convenient boat tramp.

Minimum Stay Requirements:
During peak months, a minimum stay of 6 nights is required. Shorter stays may be considered during the off-season.
 
Occupancy Limits:
The maximum occupancy is strictly 4 people. Names and ages of all occupants must be listed on the rental agreement. Rental rates shown are based on 2 occupants. Additional guests incur a charge of $3 per person, per day. For parties exceeding 4 guests, please inquire about renting the additional two units within the triplex.
 
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee of $75 for the first pet and $50 for the second pet. All pets must be declared and listed on the rental agreement.
 
Cleaning Fees:
A standard cleaning fee of $200 applies. Additional charges include $20 for stays exceeding 7 days, $65 for stays exceeding two weeks, and $120 for stays exceeding four weeks.
 
Taxes:
A 12% combined sales and lodging tax will be applied to all rental rates.
 
Credit Card Fee:
3.5% service fee applied to credit card payments
 
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $200 is required with reservation. This deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout, provided no damage, unauthorized guests, or undeclared pets are reported.

Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in:
All payments will be refunded, excluding credit card processing fees paid.
 
Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in:
50% of the rent and fees, excluding credit card processing fees paid, will be refunded.
 
Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation:
In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorated refund of the base rent will be issued for the days the property cannot be occupied. No refunds will be issued for other weather-related events.
 
We strongly advise purchasing trip insurance.

Photos do not do this place justice! The cottage is clean, well maintained, and has many recent updates including a beautiful new kitchen. Best of all it is RIGHT ON THE BEACH and the porch is the perfect place to sit and take in the stunning views. Being the end unit of a triplex, it also has views from nearly every room. Opening the blinds (not shown in photos) makes the downstairs living areas bright and sunny. The common area downstairs has several grills and a fireplace. The location was perfect to access both the park at the north end of the island and restaurants by foot. Vince was a wonderful, attentive host who made everything easy. We will definitely stay here again! Suggestions to make things easier for both host and guests: Add a list of what you do and do not provide, including kitchen basics, to the listing. Stock sponges for kitchen cleanup and provide extra light bulbs. A few inexpensive updates that would REALLY freshen things up: Replace carpeting on stairs and window seat and paint or varnish (for safety, attach stair runners made of a berber-type low-pile carpet that can be easily replaced when worn). The upstairs BR needs drywall repairs and paint. The mattresses were VERY comfortable, but the bed frame in the beach BR was cheap and wobbly and made noise every time I moved. Replace with a quality bed frame, and refresh linens throughout. - (Dec 2024 - VRBO)

Kept our security deposit because we had a dog and 1 extra person. Threatened to kick us out.

Perfect for a quiet getaway!

This property was perfect for our family of 3 and 2 small dogs. The view is breathtaking!! We brought some groceries and made our own meals the entire time we were there. If we had to leave there was 2 small groceries nearby with whatever we needed. We will definitely be back again! - (Jul 2022 - Returnee)
