Parking for two vehicles is available.
Conveniently located behind the best bait and tackle shop on the Cape, you'll have insiders access to local fishing tips, and the freshest bait. Next door, a well-stocked grocery store and gas station ensure you'll never run out of supplies. Kayaks and canoes are available for rent, letting you explore the bay's beauty up close.
Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph's Bay, Cape San Blas is a natural paradise, surrounded by miles of pristine beaches, emerald green waters, and protected wildlife habitats. It's common to spot deer, foxes, eagles, ospreys, sea turtles, and even the occasional black bear. Just minutes away, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park offers 2,500 acres of unspoiled beauty within 10 miles of untouched beach and bay shorelines, plus a convenient boat tramp.
Scallop Cove #3 (Phish Headz) is the ultimate getaway for nature lovers and anglers, offering everything you need for an unforgettable Cape San Blas vacation.
Minimum Stay Requirements:
During peak months, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Shorter stays may be considered during the off-season.
Occupancy Limits:
The maximum occupancy is strictly 4 people. Names and ages of all occupants must be listed on the rental agreement. Rental rates shown are based on 2 occupants. Additional guests incur a charge of $3 per person, per day. This villa is one of 6, if you have more than 4 guests, please inquire about renting other villas.
Pet Policy:
Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable pet fee of $75 for the first pet and $50 for the second pet. All pets must be declared and listed on the rental agreement.
Cleaning Fees:
A standard cleaning fee of $185 applies. Additional charges include $20 for stays exceeding 7 days, $65 for stays exceeding two weeks, and $120 for stays exceeding four weeks.
Taxes:
A 12% combined sales and lodging tax will be applied to all rental rates and fees.
Credit Card Fee:
3.5% service fee applied to credit card or eCheck payments.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $200 is required with reservation. This deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout, provided no damage, unauthorized guests, or undeclared pets are reported.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in:
All payments will be refunded, excluding credit card processing fees paid.
Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in:
50% of the rent and fees, excluding credit card processing fees paid, will be refunded.
Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation:
In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorated refund of the base rent will be issued for the days the property cannot be occupied. No refunds will be issued for other weather-related events.
We strongly advise purchasing trip insurance.

For us it was just about a perfect place. The bay view, the quick and easy access to the beach, all it needed was a reading lamp in the bedroom. We had a great stay. Location is unbeatable. You cape side view of water with a fishing pier. Walk about 100 yards the other way for sunset ocean views and use of beach. within 1 minute is a convenience store with hot food and a bait tackle shop and shop to rent beach equipment. Unit itself is exactly as described. Was very clean and we enjoyed the screened in deck and porch areas a lot. Recommend if you don't need much room (we had 2 and it was great. Scallop Cove 3 was exactly as expected, beautifulsetting and very clean, the spare room did have a different size bed than stated but we didnt use it anyway so it made no difference to us.

Our rental was conveniently located literally within minutes of dining, beach, the park, convenience store, and right on the bay. Clean and well stocked, we loved the location.
