Between the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph's Bay, Cape San Blas is a natural paradise of pristine beaches, emerald waters, and protected wildlife habitats, and the off-season brings mild days, golden light, and plenty of room to roam. Watch for deer, foxes, eagles, ospreys, sea turtles, and even the occasional black bear. Just minutes away, St. Joseph Peninsula State Park offers 2,500 acres of unspoiled beauty, 10 miles of untouched beach and bay shoreline, and a convenient boat ramp.

Minimum Stay:
6-night minimum during peak season. Shorter stays may be considered during the off-season.
 
Occupancy:
Maximum occupancy is strictly 6 guests. Rates are based on 2 guests, with a $3 per person, per day charge for each additional guest. Names and ages of all guests must be listed on the rental agreement. This unit is one of 3 in the Aqua Essence Triplex, so for groups of more than 6, ask us about renting the additional two units.
 
Pets:
Pets are welcome. A nonrefundable pet fee of $75 applies for the first pet and $50 for the second. All pets must be declared and listed on the rental agreement.
 
Cleaning Fee:
$205 per stay. Longer stays add $25 for 7+ nights, $70 for 14+ nights, or $125 for 28+ nights.
 
Taxes:
12% combined sales and lodging tax applies to all rental rates.
 
Card Payments:
A 3.5% service fee applies to all credit and debit card payments.
 
Security Deposit:
A $200 refundable security deposit is required with your reservation. Security deposits are refunded within 14 days of checkout, provided no damage, unauthorized guests, or undeclared pets are reported.
 
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will be fully refunded, excluding credit card processing fees paid. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of the rent and fees, excluding credit card processing fees paid. Cancellations made within 13 days of check-in are non-refundable; inquire about further options.
 
Mandatory Hurricane Evacuation:
In the event of a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a prorated refund of the base rent will be issued for the days the property cannot be occupied. No refunds will be issued for other weather-related events. We strongly advise purchasing trip insurance.
