Take A Chance (formerly known as the Coquina) has been beautifully decorated and refurnished. This home is located in the Hibiscus Beach/Hibiscus Bay development that features a community pool, a beach walkover, a 500 foot pier into St. Joseph Bay, a screened pavilion on the bay, and two stocked fishing ponds, one directly behind the property. Snorkel for scallops in the bay just a short walk away.  Loggerhead trail, the 9 mile paved bike path, is directly in front of the house.

It is a 1000 foot walk to a very uncrowded part of the gulf beach and the bay pier is a 800 foot walk away.

This is a one level home on stilts with steps up to the main level.

Towels and washcloths are provided for each registered guest.  Linens are provided for each of the two queen beds.  There is a queen fold-out sofa, but you have to provide your own linens for it if you want to use it.

Take A Chance rents weekly during the summer from Sunday to Sunday.  Shorter stays, with a three day minimum, will be considered if the vacancy is within two weeks or during non-summer months.
